With the new apartment building we are entering a dynamically developing area which, despite significant and ongoing transformation, retains its (post)industrial genius loci. The combination of townhouses and the remains of buildings from the industrial age creates an unusual combination characteristic of the Holešovice area in the meander of the Vltava River. The house itself refers to the classic Holešovice houses from the late 19th century, repeats the established principles and interprets them in a contemporary architectural language, transforming them on the basis of contemporary requirements for living comfort.
